Dri-Tex replaced my bathroom floor. They removed the existing floor with little mess and replaced the new floor beautifully.I recommend Dri-Tex for any of your home improvement needs.

The A/C Drain leeked into the wall and trailed under the oak floor. Older home block and beam. Dri-Tex came in behind the insurance adjuster and upgraded what the actual damage was, finding more than the insurance adjuster.They told us we would only pay the deductible for our insurance and that was the only cost to us even when the insurance payment was less than the final invoice. Royce in particular stuck to his word.The work was started imediatly and though there is always inconvenience in these types of experiences they did their best to stay proffesional and to schedule.Jose was there everyday checking and working. Flavio, ( i hope I got that right}, was very good at what he did.I would not hesitate to use them again. They earned my recommendation.

I had Dri-Tex come and handle a water leak from my AC drain line, it went into the ceiling, down the wall and into the floor. They removed the affected items, worked with my insurance to make sure the coverage was applied properly. They also made sure the insurance covered the replacement of all the things they had to remove. Miranda always made sure I was included but, made clear she would fight the good fight on my behalf. It was an enjoyable experience I would recommend to anyone looking for Restoration.

Water was leaking into my garage! I had never filed a claim with homeowners insurance before. They can't recommend who to call. We called Dritex it was the right call. Their group of professionals communicated with us every step. They communicated with our insurance with positive results.This is more than getting the wood dried out. They did an excellent job

Great experience. Had a sewage line backup into a bathroom. Dri-Tex responded very quickly, removed the damaged walls and floor, dried out the room and monitored it every day for a week. They built everything back, painted walls and repaired the floors, and kept in close contact with us and the insurance company. Job well done.

I have been very pleased with this company from start to Finish. They are very professional in everything they do. Most of them are very respectful starting with the owner, Royce, the office manager, Jennifer, and Devon the estimator. They have a great crew Of traders: Drywall repair, carpentry and painting, flooring installation. There are no hidden charges. Everything in the estimate is listed very meticulously. I highly recommend them.

Was fast to get out and diagnose our situation. We had a toilet that cracked overnight and ran all night long. The team was great at removing flooring and drywall and very helpful in getting our house packed up and stored. Super friendly and professional. Very capable at getting timely submissions to insurance and getting them to cover the repairs needed! 10 star company!

This company is AMAZING! I needed a last minute smoke restoration and painting done to my garage and after countless attempts at finding a company I ran across Dri-Tex. I am soooooo Happy I did. Not only were they able to meet the deadline I had which was only like 3 days from me contacting them but they took extra care of me. They were prompt and on time. Not only that but they took pride in their work. They were more concerned that the Job was done right versus quick and I have nothing but great things to say about this company. Pricing was more than fair and if I needed to make changes to the job they adjusted on the fly. Juan was also great he came out to see how the job was going as well as introduce himself. Royce's team showed up when they were scheduled to. They did a very high quality job of renovation and they paid attention to reducing dust in house during construction. In addition to renovating our floors, walls and ceiling, they also installed new luxury vinyl wood floors in our second story hallways and bathrooms. Royce consistently checked in with us to make sure there were no missed expectations and that we were happy with the service provided. I can definitely recommend this company for water restoration and general renovation jobs.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with significant water damage in my home due to a burst pipe. Thankfully, I found Dri-Tex Restoration, and I couldn't be more grateful for their outstanding service, professionalism, and care. The team have done a fine job helping me protect my investment. I upgraded my well water setup to include a treatment kit. I knew this would have issues during a hard freeze and during temps over 100 here on the property. Royce and team set up a well water house including a foundation in a very short amount of time. They disassembled my well water kit - including the tank - and built everything up around it as needed. I'm planning to upgrade the structure to insulate it and put in a window to aid with air conditioning and heating. I'm happy to be working with this team to make all this happen.

From start to finish Dri-Tex took care of everything. During a stressful time when our house flooded Dri-Tex kept us informed they were well organized and efficient.

On Christmas Eve my wife and I came home to a broken pipe and a soaked carpet in the living room, bedroom and hallway. We tried to dry the carpet but it wasn't happening. A couple days later I called Dri-Tex and three hours later Joe was at our door to assess the situation and start the mitigation process. Joe is a very nice and knowledgeable guy. Long story short, we decided to tear out the carpet. So Dri-Tex did that and tore out the baseboard, they set up fans and a large dehumidifier and it took three days to dry out the area that was affected by leak. They worked with our insurance company and we ended up with a nice new floor and new baseboards. The whole process went quite smoothly and Royce (the owner) Miranda, who works the office and especially Joe we're extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We weren't looking to replace our carpeting any time soon but it was forced upon us and we got a nice vinyl floor now.

The team was very professional and moved with a sense of urgency to help us restore our house. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I just had Isaac & Skyler from Dri-Tex Restoration here to clean out my dryer ducts & they did a terrific job. These two young men were very personable & polite. When their work was completed, they made sure any mess was cleaned up & everything left in perfect order. I have had Royce & Dri-Tex do other work for me & would definitely use his services again. 2024 has been one of the toughest years for me, but tonight was definitely one for the books. I got home around 7 PM after a long day at work, only to find my entire living room completely flooded. When I say these guys showed up fast, I mean FAST. One of their team members walked in with this huge, gray, elephant-looking machine and started sucking up water like magic. Now they've set up these high-tech fans all around my house that look like something out of a sci-fi movie. Honestly, I'm just grateful they've been so professional, so fast, and so kind. They didn't just dry out my house; they helped me breathe again during one of the most stressful moments I've had this year. Can't say enough nice about these guys. Start to finish, I was impressed. The Air Woodlands team I was using for my furnace replacements recommended them when they noticed lots of black gunk and growth in my downstairs ducts. Jennifer at Dri-Tex was always friendly and quick to respond to my questions and requests. Skylar and Isaac coordinated with the Air Woodlands team, and everything went smoothly as they worked simultaneously. Everyone was very professional, conscientious and friendly. And the sealed off vacuum system they use seems better than the older brush systems I'd heard about that can mess up your ducts. I'm looking forward to breathing much cleaner air from now on!

When our laundry room flooded, Dri-Tex came out before any other company even called us back. The owner himself, Royce, took our initial call and set up his team to come out within a matter of hours! They assessed the situation and began extraction immediately, sprayed the area with anti-microbial because we were worried about moisture and mold under our lvp flooring, and clearly outlined the whole process, answering all our questions and concerns. The employee was friendly and worked efficiently to get the job done. When I wasn't quite happy with a painted spot he quickly fixed it before leaving. I'm pleased with the Sheetrock and paint work in our bedroom ceiling.
